Sthamba Ganesha Logistics, a Hosur-based logistics provider is in the process of expanding its cargo transport service especially to transport food related items across the country.
According to sources closed to the development, Sthamba Ganesha Logistics, through its passenger service arm JMC Connect, has planned to expand its cargo service in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka region.
The logistics giant is planning to purchase around 100 micro and mini trucks from commercial vehicle makers including Ashok Leyland and Tata Motors in the near future to expand its cargo service.
Hosur-based JMC Groups has launched its transport business first way back in 1978 with a passenger transport service in Hosur to Theertham route in Krishnagiri district in Tamil Nadu. Now the company – Siddhi Vinayak is in diversified business segments including media, print, online, cargo, Hotel, Automobile and domestic transport.
