Tamil Nadu Exports Conclave has attracted investments to the tune of Rs 105 crore from Krishnagiri district.
The Conclave was organized in Chennai by various Departments of Government of Tamil Nadu and Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (GoI) to showcase the strengths of Tamil Nadu in exports.
In total the conclave signed MoUs for 24 projects attracting a combined investment of Rs 2120.54 crore that would generate employment for 41,695 persons.
Project Details
Of which, four projects comes from Krishnagiri district with a combined investment of Rs 105 crore.
Varsha Stones International will invest Rs 50 crore while Bapuji Surgicals to pump in an investment of Rs 35 crore. The healthcare firm Bapuji Surgicals will create 400 jobs.
Meanwhile, JK Safety Gear Company is committed with Rs 10 crore and Amaryllis Healthcare Rs 10 crore. Both the companies will create jobs for 500 and 400 persons respectively in the region.
