Hosur weather gripped in chillness as temperature drops to 21°C

Hosur is located at the height of 2887 feet from the sea level and receives rainfall from both the northeast and the southwest monsoons and the wettest months are June, July, August, September, October and November will chillness continuing through January.

Hosur weather is gripped in chillness, thanks to continuous rains and mist.

The residents in Hosur industrial town have always taken pride in its weather, and the past couple of days have brought in joyful moments despite hardships faced due to rains.

Hot coffee and warm blankets were in demand at most households as the town — whose enviable weather conditions are reflected in its lush outskirts agricultural fields — paused to stop and admire the nip in the air.

Following incessant rains over the past fifteen days, Hosur’s temperature fell to 21°C on Sunday, November 28.

The weather reports collected from AccuWeather at 3.19 pm shows wind at ESE 17km.h while wind gusts at 34km/h and humidity 88%. Cloud cover is reported as 100% with 8km visibility.
