Electric two-wheeler maker Simple Energy has announced that it will invest Rs 2,500 to build its electric vehicle manufacturing facility at Hosur, the bordering industrial town of Tamil Nadu.
Hosur belt is emerging as an industrial bowl for the electric vehicle makers. Already Ather Energy has its e-scooter plant in Hosur while another e-vehicle player Ola Electric too had built its production plant in the same Krishnagiri district in Tamil Nadu at Pochampalli industrial estate.
