Kinetic unveils UVC light-based sanitiser that kills 99.9% of coronavirus in 15 minutes

Kinetic Group's arm launches UV Warrior product range that sanitises all daily objects as well as the entire room

KineticKinetic Communications Ltd; a member of the Kinetic Group, has introduced ‘UV WARRIOR’, a portable disinfector that ‘sanitises all daily objects and any room by emitting UV C rays and kills 99.9 per cent of the virus within 15 minutes.’

The UV Warrior products use the Ultraviolet C (UV-C) light technology that is effective against coronavirus and other types of viruses and bacteria, including Pseudomonas, H1N1, Staphylococcus, Aureus, Salmonella and Rotavirus.

Designed to be a high wattage product that ranges from 11W-375W, the UV Warrior is able to replicate the UVC rays at a frequency of 253.7 NM, ensuring effectiveness of the product and complete 360 degree sanitisation.

The UV Warrior range of products are fully made in India by the trusted Kinetic and is certified by NABL. The products follow the World Health Organisation and FDA guidelines making them completely reliable and safe.

IAF is first customer

Kinetic’s first customer for the UV Warrior products was the Indian Air Force. These products are also being used in various reputed hospitals and institutions to help combat the pandemic.

According to Arzoo Alamin, Management Representative of Kinetic said, “The present pandemic has put the spotlight on the importance of cleaning and disinfecting of frequently
contacted surfaces to reduce the transmissibility and risk of infection.”

She added that the launch of UV warrior is a testimony of their commitment towards aiding to fight against Covid-19 and by unlocking the tremendous potential of UV disinfectants as a non-toxic, safe to use on non-food and food products.

UV warrior is designed and conceptualized at Kinetic Communications, Pune. Kinetic recently distributed more than 100 UV Warriors products in important hospitals in Pune.
