Bollywood fitness freak Malaika Arora, who is in regular touch with her fans through social media, has come out with yet another motivational message this Monday.

Uploading a stunning still of her performing Tulasana, she has encouraged her followers to do the Yoga exercise, by posting simple steps.

The actress, who is seen in attractive blue yoga outfit, says this Asana will be helpful to keep you in balanced condition at the difficult times like the current Corona pandemic days.

“In today’s day and age, Work Life Balance has become so crucial that it can either make or break our life. Especially in the times of the lockdown, we’ve all struggled to find that balance. So let’s start the week with #MalaikasMoveOfTheWeek with just the right balance,” she starts off her post on instagram.

In her social media post that became viral with more than one-lakh likes within a few hours, 47-year old mommy cum actress explains the Asana step-by-step.

To begin with, she asks you to sit in Padmasana in relaxed manner.

Then slowly place your palms on the floor beside the thighs or you can place palms on the bricks too.

Following this, she asks you to inhale deeply while raising your whole body from the floor balancing on the hands.

Then, now you can gently swing your body backward and forward between the arms.

You can practice this by concentrating on your movements for 3 to 5 rounds, says Malaika Arora.
