Ashok Leyland, the commercial vehicle major that has plants in Hosur and other industrial clusters including Chennai, started fulfilling mega bus order that it received from Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC).
The vehicle maker received order for a total of 565 buses, of which the company supplied 150 vehicles to BMTC on November 27, 2021.
